We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our community health practice in Redway, CA 95560. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek, mentorship support if needed, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community. This position is ideal for a compassionate and confident dentist who enjoys working in a collaborative setting while providing essential care to patients of all backgrounds. You will manage 2+ chairs with the help of experienced dental assistants and focus on delivering comprehensive dentistry. What You’ll Do - Perform bread-and-butter dentistry for patients of all ages - Provide preventive care, restorative dentistry, and basic extractions - Deliver quality care to Medicaid patients and underserved populations - Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Contribute to a mission-driven, patient-centered culture What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Active California dental license (or eligibility) - Open to all experience levels; mentorship support available - Commitment to community health and passion for serving the underserved - Confidence in managing 2+ chairs with assistant support Compensation and Benefits - Starting at $190K+ annually - Loan forgiveness and H1B sponsorship available - Full-time W-2 position with benefits package - Mentorship, CE opportunities, and professional growth support Schedule - Four-day workweek, 10-hour shifts - Either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (to be determined) Location
