Growing general and cosmetic dental practice in the heart of Lexington, Ky. needs an experienced, mature, organized, goal-oriented person with good management skills to join our team. This person must have excellent communication skills, be positive, out-going and self motivated. We are a caring and compassionate group who work really well together. We are a dedicated and experienced team of professionals who are committed to outstanding patient service and delivering exceptional dental care. Our spa-like facility has spacious, oversized operatories surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and is very comfortable for both patients and staff. Our office has the latest state-of-the art technology and has an on site dental laboratory run by our award winning, Certified Master Ceramist. We have recently added two brand new operatories with comfortable and ergonomic work stations. We are a family owned and operated business that was started 30 years ago by Dr. Jenny Miller and her husband Neil Miller. Dr. Jenny is a seasoned cosmetic and restorative dentist and Neil is a Certified Master Ceramist who has worked with dozens of dentists over the years and maintains the on-site laboratory. Their daughter, Dr. Emily Williams, graduated UK dental school in 2024 and has been with the practice for a year and a half now. Their other daughter, Layne Butler, has 10 years of experience working in the laboratory and their son Evan has six years of experience in the front office. The Miller's lead a dedicated and highly productive team. We offer excellent pay ($45,000-$52,000 salary depending on experience), 4 day work week , bonuses, health insurance allowance, dental benefits, paid vacation, and paid holiday.
