High-end insurance and fee-for-service private practice located in a beautiful private setting. After recently expanding our practice, we are now seeking a full-time or part-time Associate General Dentist. Compensation negotiable based on experience. We are ideally looking for someone to permanently join the practice and grow with us. We can discuss which days and hours would be most suitable for the right candidate, but looking for someone with flexibility. Our ideal candidate is an associate who already has a few to several years of experience under their belt. This would be an ideal situation for someone who has the desire to take over the practice when the main dentist and business owner, is looking to retire in the future. Must have the desire to grow as a dentist and a willingness to constantly learn. This candidate should have a down-to-earth personality, the ability to work with all types of people and ages, possess strong communication skills, and have an impressive work ethic. This practice, which has been in business for 20 years, has one main doctor who is the only owner and one associate dentist. The main dentist/owner has been practicing for 25 years and is also a clinical associate professor at Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine. We have an impeccable reputation and our philosophy is to offer not only excellent work but also to be trusted as honest and ethical doctors. This is an opportunity for a confident yet humble doctor to work alongside an experienced Dawson/Panky trained clinician, and is open to learning new things.
