A Cotswold dental practice is seeking to add a Patient Care Coordinator to support a three-doctor team. This candidate will need strong interpersonal skills as well as knowledge of dental software (Dentrix) and the ability to handle patient appointments with ease and accuracy. An understanding of dental treatment and nomenclature is required. This person will interact with patients upon their arrival and will need to ensure a positive and professional experience at checkout. An upbeat attitude and energetic demeanor is needed. The candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a working knowledge of dental treatment codes and the ability to manage scheduling. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients have a fabulous experience from the time they schedule their appointment, to arrival, checkout and rescheduling. Your ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to your success in providing exceptional patient care.
