Role Overview: We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our team. This role is key in supporting our hygienist and ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits. Responsibilities include: -Assisting the hygienist with patient care and procedures -Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms -Taking X-rays -Maintaining proper infection control and OSHA standards -Charting and updating patient records in our system -Providing patient education on oral hygiene and post-care instructions -Helping maintain the flow of the hygiene schedule What We’re Looking For: -Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude -Strong communication and organizational skills -Dental assisting or hygiene assisting experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate) -Current CPR certification What We Offer: -Competitive pay (based on experience) -Paid training and development opportunities -Supportive, fun, and team-driven work environment -Consistent schedule with potential to grow as we expand (3 days per week, alternating M-T-W and W-Th-F) If you are enthusiastic about patient care and want to be part of a friendly, hardworking dental team, we’d love to meet you!
