Dental Assistant (Private dental office in Cypress, TX 77433) We’re looking for a skilled, friendly, and compassionate Dental Assistant to be part of our patient-centered practice. What You’ll Do: • Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, Invisalign, and surgical procedures. • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment • Capture high-quality digital radiographs • Help patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visit • Keep accurate and organized patient records • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions • Maintain and manage dental supplies and materials • Collaborate with and support team members as needed What We’re Looking For: • CDA or RDA certification (preferred) • Minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this role. • Solid understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols • Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental experience a plus) • Experience with digital scanning preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask while staying organized and efficient • A compassionate, patient-first attitude • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques ⸻ Personality Fit We’re looking for someone warm, hardworking, and focused, with a natural ability to make patients feel at ease.
