Our established, fast-paced private practice in North Richland Hills is looking for a dependable and experienced RDA to bring skill and enthusiasm to our clinical team. 💼 What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental assistant role - Experience with digital scanning (Primescan is a plus), packing cord and making temporary restorations. -Experience with taking CBCT scans (not required, but a plus) - Proficient in Dentrix and digital charting - Strong understanding of sterilization and sanitation protocols - Meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of patient care - Personable with patients and dedicated to patient service - Positive attitude and team-first mentality 🛠️ Your Day-to-Day Will Include - Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures (restorative, implants, oral surgery, endo, cosmetic, dentures, nightguards, clear aligners, 3D scanning/ printing) - Maintaining sterilization and infection control protocols - Taking digital x-rays and updating patient records - Assisting in lab tasks and operatory setup 🌟 Why You’ll Love It Here - Supportive staff with strong camaraderie - Organized systems and workflow in place - Opportunities to grow professionally 📅Schedule -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:45am to 4:00pm -Thursday 6:45pm to 3:00pm -Occasional Fridays 7:45am to 12:00pm Ready to bring your skills to a practice that values precision, teamwork, and excellent care?
