Established, thriving orthodontic practice is looking for an experienced, dependable, pro-active, positive individual who has a friendly, patient and caring personality to fill our available Certified Orthodontic Dental Assistant position. Must Haves: · Someone who embodies our mission of Awesomeness, Joy and Community · Takes initiative, is ready to work when they arrive, willingness to always help · Efficient time management skills and situational awareness · Detail-oriented, punctual, organized, thorough and responsible · A team-player attitude, personable, with a focus on excellent patient care · Eager to learn, retains information · Able to take and give constructive criticism · Hardworking but FUN · Able to interact with all patients, patient families, fellow team members, and doctors to build relationships and provide a positive atmosphere in the office · Current RDA and CPR certifications · Orthodontic assisting experience a plus, pay rate based on experience This is a full-time Orthodontic Dental Assisting position with normal working hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 7am-1pm, subject to negotiation and change.
