We are a busy, modern periodontal practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our new, custom-built office features state-of-the-art equipment and innovative technology, allowing us to deliver exceptional care in a welcoming environment. About the Role As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide skilled chairside assistance during periodontal exams and surgical procedures. You’ll also ensure smooth patient flow, prepare treatment rooms and instruments, and be a friendly point of contact for our patients. Primary Responsibilities Assist doctors during periodontal exams and surgical procedures Set up, breakdown and disinfect operatories according to strict infection-control protocols Take and process digital radiographs, impressions, and intraoral scans Maintain accurate patient records and charting Provide clear post-operative instructions and patient education Order and organize supplies to keep the clinical area stocked Support front office tasks such as scheduling and confirming appointments as needed What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of chairside experience; periodontal or surgical experience preferred Current certifications (CPR; anesthesia monitoring a plus) Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine commitment to patient care What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience 4 day work week Paid time off and medical benefits A supportive, collaborative team culture Work in a new, high-tech, patient-centered office you can be proud of If you’re a skilled Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused, growth-oriented practice, we’d love to hear from you.
