General Dentistry & Cosmetic office in Forney, Texas seeking Treatment Coordinating professional to add to team Scheduling: Rotating 4 Day Schedule Mon - Thur / Tues- Fri Responsibilities: -Present treatment plans and close cases, including high-value cosmetic and full mouth rehab -Confidently discuss large financial investments and explain payment/financing options -Keep the doctor’s schedule full and productive -Verify insurance, process payments, manage third-party financing -Answer phones, check in/out patients, maintain front office organization Requirements: -Proven ability to sell or close treatment (dental or medical experience preferred) -Strong communication and follow-through skills -Comfortable talking about money and value of care -Reliable, organized, and focused Software: Open Dental Insurances Accepted: Most PPO 3rd Party: Cherry, HFD, Proceed, Momnt
