Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills Effectively implement directives, policies, and procedures Maintain efficient operation of the office to achieve performance goals Effectively coach and resolve staff and patient issues Qualifications: Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors A minimum of two years of experience managing a fast-paced dental office Knowledge of dental insurance plans
