We are looking for an exceptional skilled and compassionate dental assistant to join our boutique, concierge-style practice in Davidson. Our office is a busy, growing private practice. Patient comfort, personalized care and team culture are at the heart of everything we do. Because we are a non-contracted, private practice, our treatment recommendations are guided by what's best for the patient - not dictated by insurance. That you'll do Tasks include, but are not limited to: Seating patients and assisting chairside during general, cosmetic, surgical and sedation procedures Taking digital X-rays, CBCT scans and intraoral photos Maintaining sterilization, operatory prep, and infection-control standards Reviewing treatment plans and financing with the patients in collaboration with the front team Confirming appointments, filling scheduling openings, and helping maintane records and calls Supporting the concierge-style patient experience- from comfort touches to follow-up Collaborating with the clinical and administrative team to keep daily flow seamless What We're Looking For NC DAII Certification A kind, team-oriented, and passionate professional Strong technical skills with a willingness to learn advanced procedures Excellent communication and patient-first mindset A flexible, 'all-hands-on-deck' approach- because in our office, everyone wears many hats WHY JOIN OUR TEAM Small practice feel, advanced clinical dentistry Competitive compensation + health insurance stipend, 401(k), PTO and bonus program Tuesday-Friday schedule
