Open Treatment Coordinator position Ideal applicant has to be presentable, approachable, organized, excited, detail oriented and be seeking a long term job opportunity. The ideal candidate should also be a creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and can confidently present high-value treatment plans (including full-arch and complex cases). This role requires someone who is comfortable having financial discussions with patients, can think on their feet, and collaborates well with both clinical and administrative teams. Leadership potential is a plus — we are looking for someone who can grow with our team and take initiative in improving systems and patient experience. Job duties will include but are not limited to: Presenting treatment plans to patients. Working out financial plans with patients. Schedule surgery and follow up with patients with pending treatment plans. Answer phones Workout marketing ideas with the rest of the team. Do administrative tasks as needed. Creatively navigate objections or barriers to treatment. Help track and improve treatment acceptance metrics. Be a reliable and motivating presence in both patient and team interactions.
