We are looking for someone that loves dentistry and would love to live and work in an amazing suburb of Kansas City. Blue Springs is a good school district if you have kids. Blue Springs also has a couple of lakes if you enjoy boating or want a pretty view.
While many other associateships expect you to work 5-6 days a week, long shifts and/or weekends. This office is open 8am to 5pm. No weekends. No Holidays.
We offer a $700/day as a guarantee against 30% of adjusted production. We will help with continuing education as we believe that a learning doctor is more passionate and excited about the care they give to their patients.
We are only contracted with Delta Premier and get better reimbursement because that is the only insurance we accept.
We have a CBCT for airway and implant treatment planning. Dr. Gregory Calloway is ten minutes away at his office in Lees Summit and would be happy to help with difficult cases and teach skills that the associate wants to learn.
Open Monday - Thursday. 1.5 hygienists, 1 front desk, 1.5 dental assistant.
Willing to partner with incoming dentist if associate is interested.

WHAT PROCEDURES WILL THE ASSOCIATE BE DOING?
The ideal candidate would be able to do fillings, crowns, veneers, endo, partials, extractions, restore and place implants (or willing to be trained), dentures including implant supported dentures.
