We currently have 6 ops, with 2 hygienists and 2 dentists. We provide the ultimate in quality general dentistry to the entire family in a modern, technologically advanced setting with experienced support staff. Owned by a 2nd generation dentist, in the same location since 1977, All Smiles Dental is a local team. We are not run by someone off site or out-of-state.*

*Compensation*
* Daily minimum guarantee starting at $750/day - TBD based on experience/qualifications
* Sign on Bonus $10,000+
* Average compensation in excess of $150,000/ per annum
* 30% of Adjusted Production Commission available
Clinical Practice
* Complete autonomy over treatment planning
* Collaborate with experienced clinicians
* Full patient schedule - Owner/doctor attracts an average of 35+ new patients per month, with capacity for more.
* Digital and “paperless” office - Digital radiographs and pan; Open Dental PM software
* VaTech Green-CBCT and Cerec Primescan with Speedfire Oven and Sprintray 3D Printers

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical experience of at least 1 year or US residency program
- General dentistry
- HIPAA compliance
- Prosthodontics

- Vital signs monitoring

- Oral surgery skills
- Familiarity with four-handed dentistry

Pay: $131,223.00 - $328,940.00 per year
