At Radiant Smiles ,we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring optimal oral health for our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, patient assessment, and aseptic techniques. The Dental Hygienist will work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver exceptional service and support in a friendly and professional environment.
*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
* Conduct medical documentation accurately, ensuring all patient records are up to date and compliant with regulations.
* Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to assist the dentist during procedures, enhancing efficiency and patient comfort.
* Review documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to patient visits.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care.
* Monitor vital signs as necessary and perform medical imaging procedures when required.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
* Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
*Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
* Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical documentation practices.
* Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong skills in patient assessment and care, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all backgrounds.
* Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and medical imaging techniques is advantageous.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.

$30K hiring bonus
$20k relocation assistance available!

Clinic Hours: Monday-Tuesday, 7:45 am-7:00 pm, Wednesday CLOSED, Thursday-Friday, 7:45 am-7:00 pm
