Exciting Updates to Enhance Your DentalPost Experience!

In our commitment to supporting your career development, we're excited to announce some upcoming changes to the DentalPost platform in the coming weeks. These updates are designed to better serve our community of nearly 1 million dental professionals, and give you a more seamless and rewarding user experience!

COMING SOON…

1. Invitations to Apply - Your Passport to Proactive Recruitment

One of the most game-changing enhancements we are introducing is the "Invitations to Apply" feature for employers. What does this mean for you? Employers who are actively hiring will now have the ability to extend to you a personalized invitation to apply for their job posting. So instead of putting the responsibility 100% on you as a job seeker to find and apply for open positions, opportunities may also come directly to you. You will have the freedom to accept or decline these invitations within two weeks, giving you full control over your job search process.

To ensure you’re not missing out on potential job opportunities, when actively job hunting or not, confirm your profile is set to “public”. This will enable hiring managers to engage with you through the new Invitations to Apply feature. As a reminder, the more complete your profile, the better your chance of attracting employers or being recruited for a job you did not know you needed, so be sure to login and update your profile with your most current experience, skills, CEs, and availability for Temp & Permanent positions.

2. Enhanced Privacy Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. We are making all your direct contact information, including your emails and phone numbers, private by default. It will only be disclosed to employers when you choose to interact with them through invitations to apply or when you submit a job application. This added layer of security puts you in charge of who can access your personal information.

3. See Who’s Viewed Your Profile

We are giving you more insights into your job search. You will now have the ability to see who has viewed and liked your Resume Profile. This transparency will help you gauge the level of interest from potential employers, allowing you to tailor your approach accordingly.

4. Get Expert Feedback to Boost Your Profile

To help you stand out in the competitive dental job market, you will have the opportunity to receive feedback from real dental industry employers on ways to enhance your Resume Profile. This feedback will provide you with valuable insights to improve your profile and increase your chances of landing your dream job.

These enhancements are just the beginning of the positive changes we have planned for the DentalPost platform. We are continually working to make your experience with us better and more rewarding.
