Payments and Refund Policy

A. Payments and Renewals

1. Payments accepts payments for services via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All options may not be available for all regions.

2. Renewals does not offer any automatically renewing services at this time.

B. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy reserves the right to cancel any paid service for any reason. In the event that a service is cancelled, DentalPost will make a good faith attempt to contact the subscriber for that service. DentalPost has the discretion to determine if a refund will be provided to the subscriber based on the reason for the cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days. Refunds may be requested by emailing

All refund requests will be evaluated at the discretion of DentalPost. DentalPost may elect to offer a credit for another service in lieu of a monetary refund.
