Our Oxford location is looking for a Team Leader (Office Manager) for our wonderful staff. We are a state of the art facility that loves what we do. We are looking for an individual with dental experience that can lead our awesome team.

Job Duties Include:
Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage
Ensures patients are booked according to Doctor/Staff schedules
Reviews and approves employees schedules and addresses coverage needs
Proactively communicates with team members to relay important information regarding policy and procedures
Responds efficiently to patient and physicians needs
Trains, develops, and manages staff to meet performance standards
Prepares employee performance evaluations
Ensures records are stored securely and are compliant
Verifies office employees’ licenses are updated yearly
Runs and analyze management reports
Manages, reviews, and submits employee payroll
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of recent and relevant experience working in the Dental field required. Experience as licensed Hygienist or long-term Dental Assistant is helpful.
Past office management of three or more employees and demonstrated leadership capabilities required
Proven customer service and scheduling experience required
Knowledge of Dental terminology, insurance codes and Dentrix Software preferred
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
Must possess a high level of flexibility and tolerance to adjust to changes in work loads and assignments
Valid driver’s license is required
