DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments services
Deliver quality dental care to every patient
Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment?
Summary of Compensation:
Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (Including New Graduates!)
Daily minimum guarantee of $750-$900 per day
30-34% of production paid on everything including X-rays
Two weeks paid vacation time + Additional time
Sign on bonus of up to $90,000
Full Medical Benefits (Includes Family)
Malpractice Coverage
Sponsorship for H-1B, TN and Green Card available
$2,000 Continuing education allowance per year

- Conduct patient assessments and oral health screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as needed
- Take dental x-rays and develop radiographs for diagnostic purposes
- Assist the dentist during procedures, such as fillings and extractions
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software (Eaglesoft, Epic)
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures
Requirements:
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental software for patient management and medical coding
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, oral pathology, and periodontal disease
- Experience working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for digital impressions and restorations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and communicate with patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
-This is a great position for a senior hygenist
