I will use real life patients and cases to demonstrate how the Pankey Philosophy informs the systems we employ everyday.  I will show the how we bring a patient from the initial phone call all the way to final treatment with intention and by design. We will look at “The Cross of Dentistry” and how Knowing your Patient, Knowing your Work, Knowing Yourself and Applying your knowledge can lead to financial and spiritual rewards. 

Learning Objectives :

  • Participants will learn about the Pankey Philosophy, in particular “The Cross of Dentistry”.
  • Participants will leave with an increased awareness of how the Philosophy can be put in to action. 
  • Participants will learn how to begin to “Know Your Patient” through a New Patient Experience.
  • Participants will learn a system to help diagnose and plan complex dental treatment and how to phase it over time. 
  • Participants will be exposed to a system for estimating a fair case fee for complex treatment plans.
