35% of collections, Hybrid for first 90 days, negotiable.

Requirements of the Associate Dentist*
* Min. of 2 years experience. AEGD/GPR preferred. Will consider a recent graduate with clinical excellence.
* DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
* Current Dentist license in Pennsylvania.
* We use Dentrix.
*Job info and responsibilities of the Associate Dentist:*
We are looking to hire on an immediate basis a team player general dentist, with specialties would be a plus, to provide general dentistry to patients of all ages.
Your resposibilities will include:
* Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans
* Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary
* Uphold our culture agreement, policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards
* Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
* Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary
* Service on average 7 - 8 patients/day including hygiene checks
This is an established dental practice with new up to date digital dental equipment including CEREC same day restorations.
Practice is growing and need to add an additional dentist to service patients.
