Use of advanced technology including:
Global or Zeiss operating microscopes in each operatory
CBCT
We trive to make every dental visit a positive experience for patients
We focus on minimizing pain and discomfort through advanced techniques
We believe in having a srong emphasis on patient communication, comfort, and personalized care
We provide a relaxed treatment environment, particularly for anxious patients
Success is measured by the quality of relationships with patients, referring doctors and the standard of care provided
Position Details:
Full-time position available (4.5 days a week, including Saturdays)
Path to Partnership can be considered for qualified candidates
Expected Compensation: $350,000+ annually
Ideal candidates are personable, self-motivated, and experienced Endodontists
Work within a well-organized team dedicated to high standards of care
Be part of a practice that addresses individual patient needs and concerns
Very low turn over with support team members
Qualifications:
Degree in Endodontics with experience in performing root canals and other related treatments
Experience: At least one year of clinical experience post residency preferred
Comfortable using advanced dental technology and equipment
A compassionate and caring approach to patient care
Strong communication skills, able to explain procedures and manage patient expectations
Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment

*Job Overview*We are seeking an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant who loves dentistry just as much as they love working with people. You will work chairside with our traveling Oral and Maxillofacial Specialist, practicing four-handed dentistry and educating patients on proper dental hygiene and oral care following their procedures. *Responsibilities*
· Greet each patient in reception area and escort patients to the operatory in a friendly and hospitable manner
· Ensure forms and records are completed and signed as directed by the Dentist
· Take digital or traditional impressions, x-rays, photos, and other records as needed
· Assist chairside with procedures – suction, monitoring instruments, passing instruments
· Schedule follow up visits and provide post-operative instructions
· Monitor supplies
· Keep germs at bay by sterilizing and maintaining all equipment
· Be compassionate and caring while you ensure that patients know what to expect with each visit
· Assume responsibilities as delegated by the dentist and/or the operations manager
· Must be able to work at multiple offices on Oahu
*Education, Experience, and Skill Sets:*
· 2 years of chairside dental experience is required.
· High school graduate or GED
· You know your way around a computer
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions in stressful situations
· At least one year of experience in a customer service-oriented position
