Proven experience in HR, staff supervision, and patient relations. Marketing and business development experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of dental practice management systems, IT operations, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dental practice management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management systems.
