Private General Dental Practice in Garland looking for a friendly, competent dental Insurance Coordinator/ front desk receptionist. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can multi task and is knowledgeable in all aspects of front office functions, especially one that has experience with dental insurances. Responsibilities: Verifying the patient’s dental insurance benefits. Explaining insurance benefits to patients. Posting payments made by insurances. Following up on non-paid insurance claims. Managing late payments and overdue accounts. Uploading completed insurance verification forms. Monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies. We use Carestream Practice management software, very user friendly! We are willing to train in management software. Pay is negotiable and base on experience. Must have at least 2 year experience. We look forward to meeting you!
