Are you an amazing Office Admin? We are looking for YOU. We’re a privately owned dental practice that prides itself on our down-to-earth team and how we care for our patients. We have been growing and now looking for someone to round out our front team. Our team member has/is: • Thrives on goal-setting and goal-surpassing • A shared belief that the right attitude can conquer anything • Conscientious and extremely self-driven • Coachable and always looking to learn • Open Dental functionality • Provides “Ritz-Carlton-style Concierge” service to our valuable patients • Ability to be a proud “practice ambassador” • Treatment planning/presentation, while being able to professionally devise creative ways to make treatment affordable for our patients • Dental insurance guru • Experience billing (sending claims, processing eobs, following up on outstanding payments) • Great benefits include competitive pay, awesome office hours are M-Thu/Fri 7am-3pm, 401k.
