Description

We are GoKids Pediatric Dentistry and we are looking for a rockstar Bilingual (spanish/english) dental receptionist to help complete our team! We are a one doctor practice with locations in Fort Mill & Ballantyne. We currently work 2 days out of each office, Monday-Thursday with some random Fridays that are known well in advance. Travel between the two offices is required. Our office is growing and we are looking for someone who can help us organize, is willing to learn new things, has a great positive personality and is willing to give us their all. Our new team member will make our office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience - Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the office calendar efficiently - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information - Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments - Maintain patient records and update medical information in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations of the office - Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, referrals, and lab results - Dental experience of at least 1 yr - Bilingual (spanish/english) - Proven experience as a dental or medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role - Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is preferred - Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Experience with electronic health record systems (Epic) is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information Offering $15.00 - $22.00 an hour 401K after 60 days Paid time off after 60 days Health Benefits after 60 days
