Looking for a Cross Trained DA for a small office 3day/week in Webster, TX. Start Date April 29th DA will start off Mon-Wed and will transition to alternating weeks in the later summer months of July/August. EX: Week 1 Mon-Wed, Week 2 Wed-Fri, Week 3 Mon-Wed, Week 4 Wed-Fri Most important thing we're looking for in a DA is someone with a great personality who can serve our patients well. We're also looking for someone who is able to get along well others, self sufficient, dependable, takes direction well, and has some level of independence. The perfect candidate will have experience and knowledge with fabricating temporary crowns for esthetics and function, adjusting crowns prior to cementation, applying and removing attachments for Invisalign, adjusting acrylic for dentures, has some experience with a scanner, preparing emax crowns, removing abutments for implants, assisting with surgical and implant driven cases, taking radiographs, strong organizational skills, maintaining a clean work environment, cautious with cross contamination, fabricating bleaching trays, polishing and flossing after prophys, eventually ordering supplies, zoom whitening, taking intra-oral photos and explaining to patients what's in those photos. Aside from assisting, the perfect candidate will do tasks that every member of our office partakes in which include - answering phone calls - checking patients in/out - collecting payments from patients - calling overdue patients to get them scheduled - ordering supplies and managing inventory - open dental PMS We're a small but close team which allows us to take our time with our patients to better serve them.
