The ideal candidate should have great commitment to patinet care, team oriented, excellant customer service, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor in interacting with patients. Experience with Dentrix is a must. Salary is commensurate with experience. This position is for full time Monday - Friday. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Front Office Receptionist at Preston Hollow Dental Specialists in Dallas, TX. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk activities. Duties include but not limited to; answer multi-line phones, confirm appointments, greet patients, scheudle appointmetns, maintain hygiene recall list, treatment planning, feeding through emails, and managing patient paperwork. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in the dental office. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using computer software and phone systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Professional and friendly demeanor Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a must.
