Temporary/Part time Dental Hygienist Position Schedule: Selected Saturdays & certain Weekdays. We do see patients 2 Saturdays a month. About Us: A friendly general dental practice in West Pearland seeking a reliable Dental Hygienist for temporary coverage on specific Saturdays and weekdays. Ideal for those valuing flexibility and a supportive work environment. We are a state of the art general practice looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing quality patient care. Educational Requirement: The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited Registered Dental Hygiene program in the US. The applicant must carry an active RDH license by the TSBDE in the State of Texas. Active CPR/BLS Certificate. Responsibilities: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. Assess patient oral health and provide preventive care. Perform dental cleanings and other prophylactic procedures. Document patient dental histories and treatments. Perform radiographs and other diagnostic tests. Intraoral Scanning Perform periodontal scaling and root planing. Provide fluoride treatments. Requirements: Licensed Dental Hygienist in Texas. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eventually this position may turn into more of a permanent type of position.
