The well-established practice and team of Dr. Ryan White is seeking another talented hygienist. Do you have a minute? We’d love to share our story. When Dr. White joined Dr. Stech’s practice, almost a year ago, to continue the legacy of patient-centered care, Dr. White had no idea that he’d be additionally blessed to be asked to take over the care of two other nearby practices, also. As a Dad to 5 (from 8 months to 9 y.o.), more is merrier, and the practice has grown from 1200 patients to 2400 about as fast as you can say “More cavitron tips, please!” when putting together a dental supply order. Besides our amazing, appreciative patients, our greatest blessings are found with our stable and talented staff who combine their workplace dedication, giving natures, and skill with their big hearts. In fact, it’s likely you’ll hear Dr. White humbly quote Psalms: “It was the kindness of the Lord that made me great” to underscore our office values and belief that when we lead with kindness and empathy, it inspires others’ hearts and they are more likely to do the same. So, why the prelude? Because as a dental hygienist in the beautiful state of Kentucky, your career goals seek more than a hygiene room in which to hone your craft and clean teeth. As a practice hygienist with Dr. Ryan White’s practice (technically called “Eagle Creek Dental, LLC”), your comprehensive education gave you the skills to efficiently treat periodontal disease and restore oral health. In our private practice, your time with your patient can focus on a myriad of topics that make that patient’s visit pleasant, gentle, and health-focused (without the worries or pressures of juggling insurance policy limits). Dr. White’s team supports the traditional values of private practice which remain the perfect foundation for optimal harmony, the most contemporary and modern treatment approaches, and ultimately, the most rewarding experiences with patients. So, while we are still holding onto your share of the breakroom goodies dropped off by a local specialist, let’s see if your interests match ours. Our newest team member hygienist will: 1) Be currently licensed and registered in the state of Kentucky 2) As an oral health therapist, enjoy providing the classic and full range of patient procedures and services as provided by the Kentucky Board of Dentistry 3) Enjoy working with our young and ample volume of “mature” patients; our patients are so interesting, from all the varied backgrounds and cultures that KY has to offer! 4) Value the overall patient experience that focuses on building relationships while delivering optimal care; it’s been said that we provide “world class care with small town values”. 5) Be long-experienced OR be a new-graduate; our team values diversity! You’ll be treated with respect regardless of how long you’ve been “adulting”. 6) Be coachable and eager to learn as Dr. White supports progressive technology and innovation 7) Appreciate co-workers for their unique skills and contributions.
