Modern team-oriented dental practice in Wheaton looking to fill the position as Dental Financial Coordinator. Our office is location in the heart of downtown Wheaton on Georgia Avenue. We are metro accessible as our office sits right on top of the metro station. We are open Monday-Friday and two Saturdays a month. Dental Financial Coordinator duties and responsibilities: *Post dental insurance payments accurately *Accurately post insurance adjustments according to EOB's *Oversee Accounts Receivable for patient accounts *Dental claims & predetermination submission *Follow up on unpaid claims and pending dental predeterminations *Process End of Day, End of Month & End of Year reports *Present treatment estimate for proposed treatment *Set financial arrangements for proposed treatment *Schedule follow up treatment/appointments *Patient correspondence using phone, email and text messaging *Verify submitted procedure codes are submitted accurately and to the proper provider Benefits offered: *Health Insurance *Vision Insurance *Dental Insurance *Paid time off *401(k) *401(k) Matching *Uniforms provided
