Office 1 Tomball Office: Looking for a full-time associate dentist to work in high-end suburban area with significant growth potential - Primary dentist of a PPO (Non-Medicaid) office doing annualized $1.5M; and should grow to $2.5M in collections. No need to worry about being underappreciated or under-compensated as we have a strong track record of filling Doctor columns with production! Practice is wholly owned by a dentist, and we will be spending significant advertising dollars to drive in new insurance patients for you! Need to have an easy bedside manner. We promise to take care of your compensation if you take care of the patient’s best interest. If you are not Invisalign certified, be interested in obtaining certification in the near term (not a heavy Ortho practice but we like to offer all services to patients). There is already a highly experienced doctor present who could mentor and guide. It would be beneficial to be competent in extractions and implants. Prefer experienced grad (3 to 4; years) with a preference for most recent experience being in PPO and/or FFS practice. Compensation will be based on the day rate, 30% of collections, and an equity component for a qualified dentist. Job Types: Full-time Contract Pay: Up to $270,000 per year; 30% of Collections Schedule: 8 hours Salary: $200,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year Office 2 Spring Office: *Up to 10% ownership / Profit Sharing Associate Bonus + 32% of collections! Looking for an Associate who wants to act and operate like an owner and grow the office. Fee for Service / PPO office with $800K in collections (Practice should grow to $1.5M over the next 24 months). You can buy the office if you want (We will owner finance) or If the practice is sold to someone else and you help grow it – You will get a % of the sale of the practice without any buy-in from you!
