Established family practice looking for front office receptionist/scheduling coordinator with an exceptional personality and strong communication skills to join our high energy team. Front office dental experience and a desire to deliver high quality care to our patients are a must! Insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory. Eaglesoft experience is a plus ! Position Summary : Welcome patients to our practice in a positive and pleasant manner while maintaining multiple phone lines. Checking patients in and out with a smile ! Consistently strive to create a lasting impression and continue to grow our patient relationships. Position Includes: -Maintain and fill schedule -Check patients in/out -Confirm appointments -Present treatment plans when needed -Collect payments and post payment -Post Insurance checks/payments -Send claims/appeals when needed
