Job Description: We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with a positive upbeat personality to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service through positive and friendly interactions. • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions. • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and patient-centric environment. Qualifications: * 5 years of expanded duties assisting preferred * Knowledge of Dentrix, iTero scanning, implants, and cosmetic dentistry • Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive and upbeat personality. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Previous customer service experience preferred. • Ability to adapt to changing situations with a proactive and positive mindset. • Team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment.
