Montevallo Family Dentistry is a rapidly growing dental office in Montevallo, Alabama. We are in search of additional superstars to help serve our patients with the highest level of care and service. We are currently looking for a front office coordinator. About You: • Self Starter, Passionate, Friendly, Motivated and Energetic. • Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced environment. • Should be familiar with Microsoft Office products • 1-2 years of experience preferred Job Description • Work with Front Desk, management and clinical teams for all dental insurance matters • Verify Insurance on an ongoing basis for existing patients and new patients • Insurance Breakdown with procedure codes • Entering the insurance breakdown in Practice Works • Work on Accounts receivable and be accountable for management of healthy A/R numbers • Sending E-claims and following up with any rejections • Submitting narratives and radiographs with claims • Other routine front office and administrative tasks We Offer: • Competitive Pay • Paid Time Off • Bonuses • Ability to grow with the company
