Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. Responsibilities: • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing • Take and process digital dental x-rays as needed • Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and full mouth probing • Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene techniques, dental care, and preventative measures • Monitor nitrous oxide sedation when necessary • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA • Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Qualifications: • Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program • Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist • CPR and nitrous monitoring certification (required) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Prior experience in a dental office preferred but not required • Bi-lingual a plus but not required Benefits: • Pay from $45.00 per hour • Health insurance • Paid time off • Continuing education opportunities • Professional development support Schedule: • 29 hours per week Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
