A True Super Star Office Manager! Create raving fans • Maintain staff morale • Make the office a true business success. Can you inspire, lead, and grow a dental practice? We’re looking for a “growth engineer,” aka office manager extraordinaire! Previous general dental office experience of at least 5 years is REQUIRED. The applicant must also have a comprehensive knowledge of front office and clinical functions. Front office knowledge requirements: • Financial arrangements • Case presentations • Scheduling • Accounting • Generating reports • Insurance coordination Clinical knowledge requirements: • Restorative dentistry • Invisalign, implants, cosmetics • Workflow efficiency • Safety regulations • Working with referrals to specialists Strong leadership skills are a must. Personal skills needed are persuasiveness, ability to delegate, motivation for production, assertiveness, and coordination of systems. The manager will be responsible for leading 25 employees and 4 doctors. The office is larger than most, with 15 treatment rooms (6 for hygiene and 9 for restorative care). The new patient inflow is 5 times the national average. This is not a corporate dental office. This position is performance-based, and bonus pay will be linked to growth and profitability.
