Dental Front Desk Receptionist Our office is looking to add a skilled dental receptionist to our team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This mean having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) preferably and at least one year of experience in the dental field. Responsibilities: - Greet patients, schedule appointments, handle incoming calls. - Verify dental insurance plans (HMO/PPO) - Must be great on the phone and in person with strong customer service skills. - Managing Eagle Soft, preferably. - Checking in and out patients. - File insurance claims and track their progress.
