Our team at Skale Dental Professionals is looking for a dental hygienist to join our amazing team. We are a privately owned, well-established and high performing dental practice located in Northbrook. We are looking to hire a hygienist to be part of a great dental and healthcare team! We are looking for someone to work part, or full time. Our current hours are: Monday: 9-5 Tuesday: 9-6 Wednesday 9-5 Thursday: 8-2 We will be ultimately adding Friday hours. This position is a role which requires strong communication skills to thrive at greeting patients, performing routine prophylaxis and scaling and root planing. The ideal candidate will work closely with our doctors and our team while having positive energy. While we are very busy and have a large patient base, our team is small with 2 doctors, 2 hygienists, and 5 key team members. Essential Tasks: - greets patients arriving in office for scheduled appointments - schedules recare for patients out after completed treatment - adult and pediatric prophylaxis - scaling and root planing - digital photographs and intraoral photographs - Itero scanning - panoramic and digital X-rays - general office support, sanitation of instruments, flipping rooms, help problem solve, work with team and supporting others where needed Pay: $45-52 an hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Please check our website at www.drskale.com
