**Job Overview:** Join our team as a Business Assistant at Dentistry by Brand! We are looking for an outgoing, patient-centered business assistant to join our team and help us continue providing stellar care as we continue to grow our practice! We believe in working hard, smart, and together as we care for our patients. This position is currently Full Time (Monday through Thursday) with the potential for select Fridays as practice needs arise. We offer a competitive salary range of $14 to $18 per hour, based on experience, as well as Paid Time Off and potential for Continuing Education reimbursement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a positive work environment. **Practice Hours** Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday – Select Fridays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm *Monday through Thursday, we have a Morning Huddle at 8:00 am. **Responsibilities:** - Provide support to our patients and the team - Managing schedules, organizing schedules, and handling correspondence - Assist with billing and invoicing processes - Maintain accurate records and files - Help with general office management tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in dental is preferred - Attention to detail and organization - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented and able to work independently - Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus At Dentistry by Brand, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals and do not discriminate based on race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
