Cammarata Shisler & Taylor Pediatric Dentistry Group is seeking a dental assistant to join its League City location. This future team member must be capable of working in a fast pace environment where flexibility, attention to detail, communication and teamwork are a must. Candidate must hold & maintain a RDA certification and have experience taking x-rays. The ideal candidate would have experience using Dentrix/Dexis, working hygiene areas and setting up/breaking down chairs for patients. Primary duties include taking x-rays, assisting in recall and exam areas; support operative area as needed. This includes but is not limited to the following: charting, cleaning & turning around chairs, preparing patients for exams & cleaning, maintaining records, sterilizing instruments, replenishing supplies, completing patient charts, and checking vital signs of patients, support of the patient flow and to perform other duties as required. We will cross train in both Hygiene & Operative areas. All initial interviews will take place at our Houston office.
