Dental Assistant (DA II) – Full Time preferred (*part-time candidates will be considered) If you are looking for a dental home with a fun-loving team in a relaxed setting, look no further! We are an established, solo dentist-owned general dentistry practice in Ballantyne. Our beautiful office has modern equipment and a wonderful family of patients. We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused DA II to work alongside our Lead DA who has been with us for 9 yrs to complete our clinical team. Pleasant personality, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills are a must! Full-time DAII will receive: • a competitive salary based on experience (range $23 - $28/hr) • health insurance stipend • 401k with company match and profit sharing • paid vacation and 8 paid holidays • uniform allowance • continuing education reimbursement • production bonuses and more Office hours are structured for work-life balance, with Wed mornings off as well as 2 Fridays off per month. Patient care hours are: Mon, Tue, and Thu: 8a – 4p. Wed: 12p – 6p, Fri (2 per month): 7:30a – 1:30p.
