Description

We are an established, fast paced, and growing private dental office looking to add that special person to our front desk staff. Applicants must have dental experience! Ideally, we would love a dental assistant who is looking to transition to the front desk. Applicant must be a reliable, team oriented, and energetic individual with a friendly and professional personality. We need someone who has an eye for details, must be efficient with time management, multi-tasking, and have excellent communication skills. At least 2 years of dental front desk or dental assistant experience required. Any knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients and making them feel comfortable, answering multi-lined phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting patient payments, working recall, & presenting treatment plans. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45-5:00 (or last patient leaves). Benefits: IRA Retirement, Vacation, and paid Holidays.
