Responsibilities Welcome patients to the dental office Prepare patients and ensure their comfort for treatment or other visits Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records Educating patients for their self-care Skills Timely preparation of treatment Providing patients with post-op instructions and answering basic questions about oral care Educate patients about proper hygiene, such as brushing and flossing Remove tartar, stains, and Plaque from teeth Preform weekly/monthly compliance reports Monitor inventory and maintenance of records, compliance and supplies Assess patients oral health and report findings to dentists Have a general knowledge and understanding of all dental procedures, materials in office and their clinical applications and limitations Maintain a clean, organized and active working environment Assist with patient records, including taking x-rays, vitals and medical histories Benefits Safe work environment following all OSHA, CDC and ADA recommended protocols 401K with a match Medical Insurance Company sponsored Life, LTD and STD insurance In-house family dental benefits
