Our private dental office in Garland, Texas is seeking an experienced Dental office Manager/Treatment Coordinator * The candidate will be someone with strong leadership skills with a friendly and outgoing personality * Eagle soft dental software experience * At least 4-5 years of experience as a dental office manager/treatment coordinator * Ensuring Patients are checked in and checked out properly * Discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients * Verifying patient's dental insurance coverage including PPO and Medicaid * Planning and meeting production goals * Keeping schedule built for adequate production flow * Participating and coordinating in office and out of office marketing, networking, and events * Calling patients daily for recall reminders, broken appointments, and unscheduled treatment * Fluent in English and Spanish
