Modern Family Dental Care is a single owner practice, looking for an individual who strives to develop long term relationships with their teams, as well as the families we care for. As an office, we are always focused on doing what's best for the patient. We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team at our Concord location. Baseline schedule as follows:* Monday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Tuesday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Wednesday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Thursday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Friday: 6:45am to 2:00pm * Subject to change based on staffing and office production levels. Job Summary: The DA assists in the performance of quality, caring, clinical dentistry by aiding the hygienist and doctor smoothly and unobtrusively during examinations and treatment. The DA performs clinical and technical procedures under the supervision of a licensed dentist as well as preparing the operatory and equipment, getting the patient ready, and maintaining awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients.
