Description

We are a growing, single doctor oral surgery office looking to add a permanent member to our team. The position available is for an oral surgery assistant. Experience in oral surgery is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate! This a permanent position for 4 days a week (approximately 30-35 hrs/week): Monday 7:30-5:00, Wednesday 7:30-5:00, Thursday 7:30-5:00, and Friday 7:30-2:00. 401K plan available after 1 year of employment including profit sharing. Paid time off available after probationary period. Uniforms supplied and laundered by office. Job tasks include: • Assisting in oral surgery procedures under local and general anesthesia • Equipment inventory and ordering • Sterilization • Equipment maintenance • Recovering and discharge of patients • Taking of radiographs Requirements: • A current NJ radiology license • CPR certification • A positive attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player Working in healthcare can be both stressful and rewarding.
