Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Sterilization Technician. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our practice by effectively managing the sterilization of dental instruments and equipment. Responsibilities: - Perform thorough sterilization of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols and industry standards. - Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment, ensuring proper functionality and performance. - Organize and maintain inventory of sterilized instruments and supplies. - Collaborate with dental assistants and other team members to facilitate efficient workflow and instrument availability. - Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the overall functioning of the dental practice.
