We are seeking a motivated and skilled part-time dental hygienist to join our team at West Bluff Dental. Responsibilities: • Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing • Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care • Take digital dental x-rays as needed and intra-oral images • Assist the dentist with various procedures, such as applying fluoride treatments and administering local anesthesia • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements: • Valid dental hygienist license in Texas • Current CPR certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction • Experience with digital dental x-rays and dental software (e.g., Dentrix & Dexis) preferred Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The schedule will include 1-2 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on patient demand.
